Abstract:Foramen of Winslow hernia is a rare cause of bowel obstruction, historically linked to high morbidity and
mortality. With the progression of high-resolution imaging devices, the early diagnosis of this pathology
can be safely made. This has caused significant improvement in outcomes, where prompt surgical reduction
