In this research, job results are oriented to help organizational entities that need to select easily from a group, those projects developed with the highest quality. In addition, this system provides support and in project competitions authors establishes impartiality and the possible greater numerical accuracy. This paper proposes a methodology to evaluate innovation, creativity, and quality in a project competition, to determine the best ones. Authors implement them through a software application including a qualimetric model. This assists evaluators in determining, with the greatest numerical accuracy possible, the outcome of the competition.Finally, authors give some practical guidelines to concrete a correct instrumentation of the evaluation procedures, such as ranking, presentation and documentation.

Software quality is a key for the success in the business of information and technology. Hence, before be marketed, it needs the software quality measurement to fulfill the user requirements. Some methods of the software quality analysis have been tested in a different perspective, and we have presented the software method in the point of view of users and experts. This study aims to map the method of software quality measurement in any models of quality. Using the method of Systematic Mapping Study, we did a searching and filtering of papers using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 42 relevant papers have been obtained then. The result of the mapping showed that though the model of ISO SQuaRE has been widely used since the last five years and experienced the dynamics, the researchers in Indonesia still used ISO9126 until the end of 2016.The most commonly used method of the software quality measurement Method is the empirical method, and some researchers have done an AHP and Fuzzy approach in measuring the software quality.

To have software tools that facilitate the rapid development of applications and generate information systems is a requirement in a globalized world. Worldwide in the engineers training field it is basic to apply measurements and evaluations to the rapid design tools used to obtain applications faster and generate quality information systems in order to determine the best for this purpose. This paper revises MECRAD and proposes its introduction in the formation programs of engineers which is a methodology for the technical evaluation of the visual environments tools to generate information systems where this type of commercial products are evaluated using as reference basic elements of international standards. With this methodology one can evaluate and select in an effective and easy way, those tools and development platforms best suited to create applications in visual environments, in order to generate information systems with quality and sustainability. It is useful for higher education institutions, organizations, companies and system's end users, among others.
