This research is motivated byptheoproblemlof using monotonous learning media, especially powerpoint media which is full of written text, ICT learning has many informatics terms that students have just heard, making it difficult for students to digest ICT lessons. which results in decreased student knowledge of the topic, delayed completion of assignments, and decreased student enthusiasm for ICT learning. Overall, this can impact students' academic performance and limit their opportunities to learn important technical skills in today's digital economy. By building ICT learning media with Visme application, one of the strategies to increase students' interest in ICT subjects is to create interesting learning materials such as many visuals that support ICT subjects and short videos that increase students' enthusiasm for learning. The Hannafin and Peck model was used as the development model. It has three stages: needs analysis (also known as needs assessment), design (also known as design), and development and implementation (also known as development/ implementation). First is the validity test conducted by three experts who assessed three factors namely media design, content, and language with a score of 0.89 second is the practicality test conducted by two teachers, with a score of 0.87. Finally, fifteen students took the third test, effectiveness, and obtained a final score of 0.70.
