Medial Compressible Forefoot Sole Elements Reduce Ankle Inversion in Lateral SSC Jumps

Abstract: Sideward movements are associated with high incidences of lateral ankle sprains. Special shoe constructions might be able to reduce these injuries during lateral movements.
