Abstract: Purpose: We describe 13 cases of medial meniscus posterior root tear (MMPRT) with varus knee alignment treated with medial meniscus posterior root reconstruction (MMPR-R) and open-wedge high-tibial osteotomy (OWHTO) to identify an optimal MMPRT treatment.
