Background: Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome and infantile polyarthritis nodes are other names for Kawasaki illness, which is characterized by inflammation of the walls of various blood vessels in the body. It is particularly common among children and adolescents. Case presentation: A 6-year-old male child was brought by his parent to the pediatric unit after suffering from high-grade intermittent fevers of up to 102°F for three days, mild dehydration, tachycardia, rhinorrhea, cough, oropharyngeal changes, and oral thrush. He has a history of the previous hospitalization for a mild case of rectal prolapse which was pushed into place manually. On physical examination, he was agitated, febrile, and had a body temperature of 102°F. He also had mild swelling in the lymph node, no pallor but some dehydration, tachycardia (130 bpm), a respiratory rate of 35 breaths per minute, redness of the tongue, redness of the sole, a skin rash, and edematous lips. Later he was treated with antiplatelets, antibiotics, and intravenous fluids. Conclusion: Kawasaki disease (KD), an unusual kind of systemic inflammation, is most frequently found in children below the age of five. Due to the maternal antibodies' protective qualities, Kawasaki disease is rarely diagnosed in infants under the age of four months. There are ten to twenty occurrences per 100,000 children under five. The most well-known cause of acquired cardiovascular disease in newborns and young children is Kawasaki disease. If recognized and treated promptly, kids feel better in a few days and have a low risk of developing long-term heart issues.

Introduction: Hodgkin's and non-lymphomas Hodgkin's are malignant tumours of lymphoid tissue. Non-lymphomas Hodgkin's are a type of lymphoid tissue cancers that arise from T or B cells or their progenitors, and can be indolent or aggressive. B-cell lymphomas account for around 80% of all cases in the United States. Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma are all examples of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Non-Lymphoma Hodgkin's is the sixth most prevalent malignancy in the United States, with incidence rates nearly doubling in the last 35 years. With each decade of life, the incidence rises; the median age upon diagnosis is 66. In India, the incidence rates in urban regions are many times higher than in rural areas, with the incidence being higher in metropolitan cities and among Indian immigrants, implying that urban lifestyles and economic advancement may boost cancer incidence. In 2010, NHL was projected to have caused roughly 0.36 million new cases and 0.19 million deaths. Case Presentation: A male patient of Two and half years from Shiwangaon MO, was admitted to Paediatric Ward, AVBRH on 31st May, 2021 with a known case of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma which was diagnosed itself at AVBRH on 31st May,2021. My patient was brought with a chief complain of swelling in the testicular region for 6 days. As narrated by the patient’s father, my patient was apparently alright 6 months back and then patient develop swelling in temporal region suddenly, associated with pain on touch, as the swelling develops more and uncomfortable, patient was brought immediately to AVBRH and was admitted in Paediatric Ward for further investigation.

Normal radiological discoveries of Covid 19 disease incorporatereciprocal ground glass opacities in lower flaps with a fringecirculation. Pleural radiation is viewed as an uncommon indication ofCovid 19 contamination. Pleural effusion can be divided intotransudative & exudative pleural effusions. Transudative pleuraleffusion occurs due to cirrhosis, heart failure, post open heart surgery& pulmonary embolism whereas an exudative pleural effusion aretriggered by pulmonary bacterial pneumonia or tuberculosis, cancer,inflammatory disorders such as pancreatitis, lupus, rheumatoidarthritis, post-cardiac injury syndrome, chylothorax (due to lymphaticobstruction), hemothorax (blood in the pleural space), and benignasbestos pleural effusion. This two types of pleural effusion can beidentified by measurement of the pleural fluid protein and lacticdehydrogenase (LDH). When the patient's serum total protein isnormal but the pleural fluid protein is less than 25g/L, the fluid isclassified as a transudate. The fluid is an exudate if the protein contentof the pleural fluid is greater than 35g/L.We'll look at the case of a 55-years-old male farmer with complains of breathlessness, cough, feverand left sided chest pain since 3 weeks. He had a history of Covid 19 Positive status 1 month back for which he took medications based onCovid 19 guidelines and HRCT score was 12/25. High amounts of Creactive protein & ferritin were discovered in laboratory tests.
