Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support on the Relationship between Organizational Silence and Organizational Commitment

Abstract: This study aims at examining the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between organizational silence and organizational commitment using quantitative research that employs a descriptive survey design.
