Mediating Effect of Teacher’s Empowerment between Head’s Authentic Leadership and Teacher’s Job Performance at Secondary Level in Punjab, Pakistan

Abstract: This study is carried out to explore the mediating role of TE between the relationship of head's AL and teacher's JP, particularly in the context of Pakistan.
