Mediator organizational justice in the relationship between power distance and organizational alienation

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the mediator role of organizational justice between healthcare workers power distance and organizational alienation. In the research, power distance is independent variable, organizational alienation is the dependent variable, and organizational justice is the mediating variable.
