Knee meniscus injuries are more likely to occur in young adults in clinical practice, and their lower age of onset and greater impact on joint function after injury also put forward higher requirements for the treatment and rehabilitation of meniscus injuries. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology, arthroscopic meniscus plasty and perovskite nanobiomaterial repair have gradually replaced the previous open meniscus surgery of the knee joint and has become the main method of meniscus injury treatment, and the perovskite nanobiomaterial repair technique that incorporates artificial intelligence technology is also gradually being applied. Therefore, this article studies the role of perovskite nanobiomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports and analyzes the biological characteristics of the inner and outer meniscus to provide help to improve the healing rate of meniscus injuries. The study selected six male meniscus-injured patients (meniscus injuries caused by football sports) and obtained six injured menisci. The same cross section of the same part of the meniscus was analyzed inside and outside the meniscus. At the same time, a meniscal injury step was performed on the patient. The biological characteristics of perovskite nano-biomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports were compared and analyzed, and the patient's gait before and after surgery was also compared. Experiments have shown that the percentage of the postoperative support phase of the affected limb is significantly higher than that before surgery ( P < 0.05 ), the percentage of the postoperative support phase and flatfoot phase decreased compared with that before surgery, and the gait cycle parameters of both lower extremities improved after surgery, obviously ( P < 0.05 ). It explains that the arthroscopic repair of perovskite nanobiomaterials combined with the artificial intelligence technology to repair the meniscus anterior angle injury is simple and does not require special equipment, has fewer complications, is safe and reliable, and has a high clinical healing rate and a high patient satisfaction rate after surgery. The curative effect is significant; artificial intelligence technology and the application of perovskite nanobiomaterials provide more possibilities for meniscus repair.

Rheumatoid arthritis bothers people. According to statistics, the prevalence of rheumatoid arthritis represents about 3% of the world’s population. Rheumatoid factors can interfere with immune blood cells, which is very harmful to human health. In order to solve the damage of rheumatoid factor to health and study its influence on immune blood cells, this paper constructs a case template through case investigation of rheumatoid arthritis patients and creates damage assessment matrix by using comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The horizontal coupling degree between rheumatoid factor and interference of blood cell system is investigated, and the relationship between them is studied. The experimental results show that there is a correlation between rheumatoid factor and immune blood cells, the correlation coefficient is 0.87, the presence of rheumatoid factor in blood cells, and the cell system damage rate is about 30% higher than that without rheumatoid factor; the study found that there is a great difference in the age of rheumatoid factor in the population, and the age of patients is generally above 45 years old. This shows that rheumatoid factor can cause great damage to immune blood cell system and affect people’s health level.

With the development and progress of lung cancer cell and molecular biology, the incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer are increasing year by year. The existing tumor biochemotherapy has rapidly developed from preliminary research and animal research to clinical research. The smart cancer Zhongning therapeutic device can induce necrosis and apoptosis of tumor cells. The effect of treating tumors is getting more and more attention. Therefore, this article focuses on the effect of the smart cancer Zhongning therapeutic device on the tumor red blood cells and tumor cell cycle of mice with solid liver cancer. The immunological effects of the drug were discussed. Forty mice were randomly divided into high-dose group, low-dose group, 5-FU group, and model group. The effects of different treatment stages on tumor red blood cell immune function and cell cycle were recorded and evaluated, and the survival rate by multiplying the positive limit method was calculated. The model group is controlled by the exact probability method, and the Pss18.0 system is used to test the hypothesis of survival rate comparison. The experimental results showed that the tumor inhibition rate in this group was 65.8%. Compared with the 5-FU group and model group, the dose group has shown an antitumor effect and had significantly improved the tumor-bearing body’s antitumor red blood cell immune function and tumor cell cycle.
