Medios de Cultivos Complejos para la Cuantificación de Bacterias Ácido Lácticas

Abstract: The content of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) is an important quality parameter in probiotic functional foods. Complex culture media formulated with natural additives are an alternative for their quantification.
