Abstract:Purpose: Laparoscopic lateral duodenojejunostomy (LLD) has been shown to be feasible in some reported cases for pediatric Wilkie’s syndrome, also known as superior mesenteric artery compression syndrome (SMAS), but its medium-term outcomes are lacking.
