Abstract: An unprecedented meglumine‐based three‐component deep eutectic solvent (3c‐DES) (MegPAc) was synthesized using meglumine, p‐toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA), and acetic acid as renewable, and non‐toxic solvent. The exploitation of the MegPAc as an eco‐friendly reaction media to construct a selective and sensitive small organic molecular sensing probe, namely, pyrazolo[5,1‐b]quinazoline‐3‐carboxylates (PQCs) was executed. Captivatingly, the MegPAc served the dual role as solvent and catalyst, and it delivered the ti… Show more

“…To the best of our knowledge, any heterogeneous catalyst based on low value biomass building blocks is the least explored to date and demands attention. Continuing our ongoing research in the expansion of meglumine-based synthetic methodologies, , and concentrating on the potent features of the copper-based heterogeneous catalyst, herein, we are interested in divulging a solitary pot green synthetic approach of task-specific CuI nanoparticles (CuI NPs) utilizing eco-healthy LVBM meglumine and CuI salt for the development of a milder and energy-effectual protocol for the construction of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives. Along these research lines, a unified approach was envisioned that would enable a shortcut to prepare a bench stable copper-enriched catalytic system and has the potential to modernize the chemical processes by improving their efficiencies.…”
