Melatonin and Melatonin-Rich Foods

Abstract: Vegetables and fruits are found in the most popular diets. And they are considered as rich sources of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin and mineral deficiency are one of the major causes of various diseases that are common nowadays. Especially vitamins which are known to affect directly on various hormones in our body.
