Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome: a case report and overview of the literature

Abstract: Melkersson–Rosenthal Syndrome(MRS) is defined by three symptoms: orofacial granulomatosis(OFG), facial palsy and fissured tongue.We focus our attention on a patient who came to us with a swelling of the lip.We suspected a MRS. After the positive response to the therapy, we can assume that he suffers from a MRS.
