Abstract: avaient quelques individus du gigantesque Steenbrasen {Pagellus Lithognathus), et du Dentex rupestris. Rien ne peut donner une idée de l'extrême intensité des reflets que jetaient aux rayons d'un soleil brûlant ces derniers poissons, étendus par milliers sur la plage ; c'est alors que je compris le nom de Silverfisfi (poisson d'argent), donné au Dentex, que je n'avais encore vu que décoloré au marché, mais qui, à ce moment, étincelait d'or et d'argent.
