MEMS-Casting Fabricated Chip-Style 3D Metal Solenoidal Transformers towards Integrated Power Supply

Abstract: A silicon-chip-based 3D metal solenoidal transformer is proposed and developed to achieve AC-DC conversion for integrated power supply applications.
