Bamboo shoots are young shoots or saplings that grow from bamboo roots. Bamboo shoots are also known as young bamboo. Bamboo shoots include vegetables that are liked by many people. Bamboo shoot production in Indonesia is also very abundant. The purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity of PGSD students as an effort to form an entrepreneurial spirit by making bamboo shoot chips. This service utilizes bamboo shoots into processed food ingredients that are rich in water, fiber, potassium, protein, fat and carbohydrates in the form of bamboo shoot chips. This activity trains students to make observations, environmental research, and also market research to find out about the availability of raw materials and analyze market share. This activity also trains students to carry out the pre-production, production, packaging, online and offline marketing stages as well as evaluation of the products produced. The result of this activity is the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit in PGSD students by making works in the form of bamboo shoot chips. Student creativity is reflected in the many flavors as an innovation to make bamboo shoot chips more attractive. The flavors that were innovated by PGSD students were balado, cheese, roasted corn, extra spicy and original.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat kemampuan berwirausaha di Indonesia masih dikatakan tergolong rendah dibandingkan dengan negara di kawasan Asia Pasifik. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu kurangnya minat berwirausaha pada anak muda. Munculnya minat berwirausaha dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu media sosial. Salah satu variabel yang ditemukan berhubungan dengan minat berwirausaha adalah kreativitas. Selain itu, berkembangnya media sosial juga dapat memunculkan suatu kreativitas dari anak muda. Total sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer kuesioner dengan teknis analisis menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika media sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selanjutnya pengujian media sosial terhadap kreativitas menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap kreativitas. Pengujian ketiga yaitu kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha menunjukkan hasil bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Terakhir yaitu hasil uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai variabel mediator antara media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha. The focus of this research is to analyze the growing social media whether it will affect young people’s interest in entrepreneuship and creativity possessed by young peopleas a mediator variable whether it will affect social media on entrepreneurial interest indirectly or vice versa. The total sample is 100 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study uses a primary data source qoestionnaire with technical analysis using path analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. The result show H1 that social media has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. H2, namely social media on creativity showed significant positive results on creativity. H3 which is creativity has a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneuship. Finally, H4 the sobel test result, shows that creativity does not have a significant effect as a mediator variable between socal media and interest in entrepreneuship.

The biggest challenge that must be faced for a country is to reduce unemployment in the country. Various efforts are made by the government to reduce unemployment, efforts in the form of community empowerment, providing more knowledge of entrepreneurship, and instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in each individual. The purpose of this study is to find out how influential entrepreneurial subjects have on students' entrepreneurial interest in management majors. The research method conducted in the form of a purposive sampling method with a data collection tool is a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents. The results can be found in this study that the entrepreneurship courses taught in the 7th semester in the management study program are very influential on the interest of students to become an entrepreneur judging from intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors.
