Meningeal Hemangiopericytoma: A Rare Intracranial Tumor—About a Case

Abstract: Introduction: Hemangiopericytoma is a very rare vascular tumor, difficult to diagnose, often confused with a meningioma. Imaging is not very specific and the diagnostic certainty remains histological.
