Abstract:Meningiomas constitute a significant proportion of primary intracranial tumors; however, their occurrence within the brain’s ventricles is exceptionally uncommon. This report details the case of a 24-year-old man who presented with six months of diplopia. Diagnostic imaging revealed a mass in the fourth ventricle, causing obstructive hydrocephalus.
