In this case report, a rare complication related to combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean delivery is presented. The report covers the association of the unilateral recurrent abducens, and Hypoglossus nerve palsies in a patient with a clinical syndrome of intracranial hypotension at 3 and 4 years following combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section. When ocular symptoms are present, an epidural blood patch may decrease morbidity or prevent the progression of ocular symptoms. Cranial nerve palsies following a dural puncture were reported previously and received wide coverage in the anesthesia literature. However, we believe that recurrent abducens nerve palsy was not reported previously.
