Abstract:In menopausal patients, transient facial flushing may lead to persistent erythema and telangiectasias, causing psychological distress and a poor quality of life. Hormonal therapy is the primary treatment for menopausal symptoms, but its use remains limited due to the increased risk of cardiovascular and thromboembolic events.
