This chapter reports on a study to explore how a school in South China acts to help culturally diverse students learn. A mixed method of research design was employed to solicit needed data for the study. The school principal and the vice-principal were interviewed and twenty-six teachers in the school were surveyed with a researcher developed instrument. The qualitative data collected from interviews were analyzed by categorizing, coding and observing for emerging themes. The quantitative data generated from teacher surveys were analyzed by descriptive statistics of means, standard deviations and percentages. The findings of this study were in alignment with most of the current literature relating to educating culturally diverse students. The administrators and the teachers in the school endorsed the collaborative community approach to include all the stakeholders to help culturally diverse students. Additionally, they also favored developing goals to help culturally diverse students to merge into local society.
