Abstract:Merkel cell carcinoma (MMC) is a rare cutaneous neuroendocrine cancer that has the potential to metastasize. However, brain metastasis is infrequent in this type of cancer. We presented a case of a 55-year-old female patient with MCC who had a skin lesion on her right thigh. The cancer had spread to the brain and caused the development of splenic nodules.
