Abstract:Central banks are the most important institutions that enable countries to implement monetary policy. Central bank autonomy is defined as keeping away from the pressures of the government while making and performing decisions on monetary policy. Existence of developed financial markets and being focused on price stability by monetary policy are among the essential conditions in terms of central bank autonomy.
