One patient was reported by each of the following: Sissons [ 111 in 1949, Moore [12] in 1950, Adam [13] in 1953, Fillis and Meyer [14] in 1954, Brown and Peterson [15] in 1954, and Klapproth [2] (two cases) in 1958 with ages 31, 50, 37, 54, 27, 19, and 29, respectively.
