Mesotherapy for Benign Symmetric Lipomatosis

Abstract: Intralesional injection, termed mesotherapy, using phosphatidylcholine is a potentially effective therapy for benign symmetric lipomatosis that should be reconsidered as a therapeutic option for this disease.
