Messung monophasischer Aktionspotentiale mittels fraktal und elektroaktiv beschichteter Elektroden

Abstract: EINLEITUNGDer zeitliche Verlauf des Aktionspotentials der Myokardzellen wird durch das Zusammenspiel der verschiedenen lonenströme geprägt, die durch die Leitfähigkeit der einzelnen lonenkanäle und -pumpen in der Zellmembran bestimmt werden.
