Abstract: OBJECTIVE This article reviews the clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment of metabolic and toxic myelopathies resulting from nutritional deficiencies, environmental and dietary toxins, drugs of abuse, systemic medical illnesses, and oncologic treatments.
