Abstract:Individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders are particularly vulnerable to early death, primarily from heart-related reasons. Patients with psychiatric disorders have a higher chance of developing metabolic syndrome. Numerous distinct cardiometabolic risk factors that raise morbidity and mortality are components of metabolic syndrome.
