Metabolomic Analysis of Wooden Breast Myopathy Shows a Disturbed Lipid Metabolism

Abstract: Myopathies have risen strongly in recent years, likely linked to selection for appetite. For white striping (WS), causes have been identified; but for wooden breast (WB), the cause remains speculative.
