Abstract:Tick‐borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) can cause life‐threatening central nervous system infection. Changes in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) metabolites may reflect critical aspects of host responses and end‐organ damage in neuro infection and neuroinflammation.
