Metabolomics of Vibrio cholerae

Abstract: Metabolomics is an "omics" approach to quantitatively measure a large set of metabolites. In this chapter, we describe an example method for performing liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based untargeted metabolomics on a cell extract from Vibrio cholerae.
