Abstract:Immunoglobulin G4‐related disease (IgG4‐RD) is a newly recognized disease, and therefore its clinical features are not yet fully understood. Here, we describe a surgical case of metachronous bilateral IgG4‐related pleuritis and postoperative chylothorax.
