Abstract:The aim of this study was to assess the correlation between gut microbial taxonomy and various ovarian responses to controlled ovarian stimulation. A total of 22 IVF cycles with a follicle-to-oocyte index (FOI) < 0.5 and 25 IVF cycles with FOI ≥ 0.5 were included in this study.
