Metagenomic study of the tomato rhizosphere soil microbiome: current state and prospect

Abstract: <abstract> <p>Plant microbiota has a variety of impacts on the plant. Some are beneficial, while some are pathogenic. This study discusses the general metagenomics procedures in processing plant-related metagenomes and focuses on the tomato plants' rhizosphere species.
