Metagenomics-Based Diagnosis and Monitoring Treatment of Disseminated Talaromyces Marneffei Infection

Abstract: Background: The diagnosis of T. marneffei infection remains challenging due to its non-specific clinical presentations and the inadequate performance of conventional diagnostic methods.
