Abstract:Metanephric Adenoma is a rare benign renal epithelial tumor, only a few reports are found in the literature. Reported a 48-year-old female with a palpable mass at left flank, pain and microscopic haematuria. Radiological imaging shows a mass on left Kidney suspected of Renal Cell Carcinoma.
