Abstract:Wilms' tumor is a rare type of tumor in adult. Herein, we reported a case of 37-year-old female with adult Wilms' tumor (AWT) admitted in our institution. After a multidisciplinary team discussion, she underwent receiving immunotherapy plus chemotherapy and VEGF-targeted therapy. The tumor got smaller obviously after eight cycles of treatment.
