Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The most common cause for elevated beta-hCG in reproductive aged-women is pregnancy. Rarely, malignancy may cause persistent beta-hCG levels. We present a rare case of metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma masked as an ectopic pregnancy.
