Metastatic Hepatoma in the Stomach Masquerading as a Leiomyoma

Abstract: Metastatic hepatoma in the stomach is rare. A case is described in which a gastric tumour appeared to be a leiomyoma, but after laparotomy proved to be an isolated secondary deposit from a hepatoma.
