Metastatic Malignant Melanoma With Occult Primary Presenting as Breast Mass: A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Skin malignant melanoma (MM) is a malignant neoplasm that arises from the melanocytes in the basal layer of the epidermis. It is considered an aggressive neoplasm and is responsible for 75% of skin cancer deaths.Here we present a case of a young female patient who presented with a left breast mass and investigations revealed multiple disease foci from an occult MM.
