Abstract:Laryngeal spindle cell carcinoma (SpCC) is a unique and very aggressive form of laryngeal cancer. This neoplasm, consisting of malignant epithelial and mesenchymal elements, presents major diagnostic challenges, and there is a lack of conventional therapeutic approaches due to its rarity.
