Metastatic serous endometrial carcinoma to the ureter

Abstract: Metastatic endometrial carcinoma involving the renal parenchyma has been reported. However, ureteral metastasis is exceedingly rare. Here we describe what we believe to be the first case report of metastatic endometrial serous carcinoma to the ureteral and renal pelvic urothelium.
