“…Bien que l'efficacité de la metformine sur l'amélioration systémique du métabolisme chez les patients souffrant du SOPK ait été confirmée, son effet sur la reproduction reste controversé. Certains chercheurs ont montré que la metformine ne permet pas de restaurer le cycle menstruel, la fertilité, ni d'améliorer les taux de conception après induction de l'ovulation (Palomba et al 2007, Tso et al 2015.
