Abstract:Background:Colchicine is an alkaloid with anti-mitotic properties and has a narrow Therapeutic Index which can be proven to be fatal at higher doses. The present study is an attempt to develop a method that includes an effective adaptation of Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction (DLLME) with optimized parameters.
Methods:The preliminary analysis was performed with UV-VIS Spectrophotometer. The analysis was performed using a Shimadzu LC-10AT with SPD-10A UV-VIS Detector. The sample analyzed was Zycolchin 0.… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
