Method validation of analytical method for 12 flavonol glycosides in foods using ultra high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection

Abstract: An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 12 flavonol glycosides in buckwheat, black tea, and wild parsley using ultra high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with a simple liquid extraction method using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was validated in precision, accuracy, and linearity.
