Abstract:A HPLC-method is described for the determination of diphenyl, o-phenylphenol, thiabendazole, diphenylamine, and ethoxiquin in different fruits (detection limits: 0.1 mg/kg). The compounds are extracted with dichloromethane, and after concentration and filtration steps the determination is carried out by HPLC with selective detection. Chromatographic separation of fungicides is achieved by use of a RP-18 column with a methanolic formic acid buffer as eluent. The working parameters of three different HPLC-detect… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
