Methodological Techniques for Teaching the Work With Antagonistic Bacteriocinproducing Microorganisms

Abstract: The article sets out teaching methods for working with microbes - bacteriocin producers and with these substances. The Introduction of the article provides brief information about bacteriocins, which gives an idea of what are bacteriocins, that they are synthesized on ribosomes and why they can be an alternative to antibiotics.
