Methods for the determination of binding constants by capillary electrophoresis

Abstract: Apparent equilibrium constants for molecular association (e.g., association constants, binding constants, dissociation constants, partition coefficients) can be determined with a variety of different capillary electrophoresis (CE) approaches.
